Сontract with Prolinen:

1. After placing an order you will receive an email from the shed with details and the number of your order.
2. Upon receipt of the letter, please make sure, that the delivery address is correct.
3. Within 1-3 days we will send you an email about the confirmation of the sending of your order with the indication of the track number.
4. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by email support@linen.pro.

Returns and exchange

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the parcel
  • If you received the goods and want to return it, contact us by email support@linen.pro and specify the order number and the reason for the return. We will reply you and give you an address to send the goods
  • Used goods not acceptable. Item must be returned to Prolinen unused  and not damaged. Shipping and packing is paid by customers
  •  If you received a damaged one or defective goods, please take a photo and send it to us by  email support@linen.pro
  • Color perception is not the cause of the return, we use only professional photos, but colors, which we see on the display, completely depend on the settings and type of monitor and camera, with which they were made.

Reasons for return:
– if the goods in the parcel do not correspond to the goods in the order
– if the goods are damaged or lost

Reasons for not returning:
– if the goods were used
– the reason for color perception, custom or personalized orders
– Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Returns because of color perception

We can refuse to accept your order, in the following cases:
– if the goods are not available
– if there was an error in determining the price or description of the product
– if we can not receive a payment authorization
